We stayed at this location 6 nights and loved it! ( Beautiful View, front room, 3rd floor) Every trip out and every trip back we were met with Super Friendly faces, and Welcome..Welcome, a very personal touch!! The breakfast was more than expected, and was FREE FOR THOSE LOOKING FOR VALUE!! Scrambled eggs, sausage make your own waffles cereals, fruit, bagles, cream cheese, and many other options, so compared to those who offer complimentary breakfast, this is a Gold Mine..especially for large groups, or families!! They have on site laundry, which is nice if you don't want to carry dirty laundry home. Our room was furnished nicely with headboards reminessence of royalty, yes dated., but if you love history and look at historical places, these furnishing are super nice to enjoy, not the 50.00 headboards of most motels. We had Refrigerator. Microwave, lamps with ports for charging phones, etc, easily accessible plugs on the lamp base to use as we needed. The beds were well made up. Clean sheets, super new pillows, which I loved, fresh towels. Soaps. Shampoo, even a make-up facial towelette. So close to all the Shows, CVS within 1000 ft, less than a mile to Margaretville Island, so many places to choose to eat. Next door to Biblical Times theater, which was Awesome. I might say, the last time we stayed in Pigeon Forge, we stayed at Holiday Inn Express, @ 220.00 a night, a newer furnished place, but so expensive, our funds for shows, enjoyment, was deeply drained. For me and my Family, this place, is a Super Find, We will be staying here on.our next trip and looking forward to it. Not time for the pool to be open, but looked well covered from the elements. The owners/ managers of this establishment, have made us feel like family, and have been so gracious to extend every courtesy. If you were born with a silver spoon in your mouth, go stay in 200.00 and higher places, and pay for their furniture and all the amenities, because at those prices, you are!

The entrance inside the hotel is very nice and clean. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and continued to be throughout our trip. All front desk employees were very kind to us and eager to help. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the view of the mountains was amazing. Ask for a room with a view. We had an issue with the A/C in the middle of the night but things happen. The overnight employee was quick to try to help and was very nice. When day shift arrived they quickly moved us to another room and offered a discount. Again very nice employees. We didn't take advantage of the full breakfast bar but it is a nice amenity. Location was perfect and very close to all attractions and restaurants. The rooms on the front have a beautiful view overlooking the mountains and the parkway. All in all it is very pocketbook friendly, amazing front desk staff, nice views and clean rooms. We will definitely stay again

We arrived to the property early and and asked the front desk of if we were able to check in. It was only 12:30 but they checked to see if our room was available , not only was it available to check in early but they upgraded our from from a standard with two Queen beds to a la My parents also made a mistake and didn’t finish their reservation so once they got to the hotel they didn’t have a room. The front desk was very accommodating and even gave them a discount on every night stayed and did her best to make sure our rooms were close together. The pool was clean and they always had plenty of towels out to use. This is the 4th stay at this hotel and it’s always very pleasant.

very good value for the money we wanted to spend. location, price, very clean, large selection of breakfast items, linens were plush in bathroom, bedding was comfortable. pool was small but great for kids to play in. we had a balcony room with just standard plastic furniture but it was clean and seating was comfortable. elevator was good, clean and areas were well lit. HVAC was quiet and kept room comfortable. tv had wide selection of programs. wifi was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. overall a good value for the money

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Resort. It is close to major attractions. We stayed in the hotel on first floor. We had two queen size beds that were comfy. The room was spacious and clean as well as the bathroom. The property was all around clean. The pools were clean and fun. The free breakfast was okay but sitting on the deck watching the birds and water made it better.
